Over four weeks, you’ll be guided through reflection, clarity work, and strategic alignment using a deeply evolved version of the Ikigai framework — one grounded in meaning, not just productivity.

Week 1: The Whisper + the Wake-Up
Where you hear the whisper of 'What's next?' – and finally listen. This week is about creating space to notice the subtle signals and shifts calling for your attention, so you can start choosing what fits now.
Week 2: Meaning, Purpose & Self
Dig deeper into what nourishes you now, not what used to. This is your chance to reconnect with the core of who you are – beyond roles and responsibilities – and clarify what truly matters in this season of life.
Week 3: Refined Ikigai
Find your footing again. We’ll refine your personal Ikigai – the intersection of what you love, what you’re good at, and what the world needs – to create a clearer path forward.
Week 4: Designing Your Rhythm & Living What’s True
Bring it all together. Translate your clarity into a simple, personalized rhythm that honors your energy and priorities, and set your own compass for the second half.
